Anthony (Tony) Pastor
Manager, McKinsey & Company

Tony Pastor is a manager in the learning department of McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm with over 100 offices worldwide.   He is responsible for the site selection, negotiation and contracting for over 300 domestic and international learning programs annually with operational responsibility for the Firm’s leaning centers in Austria, Japan and the United States.  Tony also oversees McKinsey’s learning registration system/team and analytics team who develop and distribute numerous learning impact measurement tools.

Before joining the meetings industry in 1983, Tony practiced law as a public defender in Boston and as a general practitioner in Connecticut.


Pamela Brown
Adjunct Professor and Hospitality Sales Professional

Pamela S. Brown, boasts over 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, mostly, in a sales and marketing capacity. Her roles included property level sales management and Director of Sales for a small full-service hotel in the Northeast region. She represented national and international brands including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Marriott & Hilton Hotels.

Pamela has had multiple industry recognitions including Sales Manager of the year from IHG.  She has a passion for the business, is a high achiever and results-oriented enthusiast who consistently exceeds the expectations of her clients. He loyalty, dedication, and professionalism have earned her an eminent reputation within the industry. 

In 2014, Pamela joined Monroe College in New Rochelle & Bronx, NY as an Adjunct Professor.  Her passion for the industry has transferred her skills to teaching.  She has plans to educate and train future generations aspiring in the Hospitality Industry in the United States and the Caribbean.
